Recently received photos - March 2018

Our March Recent Photos Gallery begins close to home with a sharp Anna's Hummingbird by guide Tom Johnson from his Arizona Winter Specialties tour. Also in this gallery: images from Texas, several Costa Rica departures, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, and Chile. Then it's over to Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia & Botswana before finishing with Thailand.

A tour highlight was a huge, mesmerizing flock of Yellow-headed Blackbirds coming to a communal roost. Here's just a small part of it by participant Jonathan Slifkin.

Don't call them antelopes! Pronghorns are the fastest land animals in the Western Hemisphere, and their closest living relatives are giraffes. We certainly seem to have the attention of this herd. Photo by participant Jonathan Slifkin.
