The star draw of this tour is, of course, the Hypocolius, much sought after by traveling birders. George reports that it was fun to watch this male Hypocolius fly-catching, as they are mostly frugivores. This bird's sorties were frequently unsuccessful, but our group did see him snag a couple of insects. George suspects this male is in his first year given the dusky tips to the primaries, which should be whiter on an adult male.
